Jake Jones, a young
minister who has devoted his life to helping the homeless people of New York City is one day given a strange gift
by a homeless man. It is a staff that Jake discovers hs great powers and mystical abilities. Jake decides to use
the staff to help those in his decaying neighborhood by keeping the streets safe from the criminal elements and
the numerous street gangs. Jake struggles to use the staff for good but it's true owner has a different agenda.
